3441 Mount Macedon

People love to visit the many gardens open to the public for the spring colour, summer cool, flashy autumn leaves and even the stark sculptural bare trees in winter.

Push bike riders love the challenge of the steep inclines to the top of the mount, travelling down again at frightening speeds.

Rock climbers scale the steep craggy rocks at the Camels Hump, the highest point on the range.

In winter the summit is regularly covered in snow which is a magnet for families and photographers alike.
