2720 Tumut

Tumut, within 2720, is a town bunkered in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.  Perched on the western edge of Kosciusko National Park it exists uniquely juxtaposed with a thriving forest and paper and pulp industry on one side and and mountain streams, bushland and alpine landscapes on the other. 2720 is renowned for its 4 distinct seasons, blistering dry summers to bleak, cold wet winters and everything in between. Country personalities abound in this unique rural locale.
